二、舉報人應對所舉報的問題真實性負責。對借舉報故意捏造事實、誣告陷害他人的或者以舉報為名製造事端，幹擾紀檢監察機關正常工作的，依照有關規定嚴肅處理，構成犯罪的，移送司法機關依法處理。

三、紀檢監察機關提倡署名舉報，特別鼓勵署真實姓名和準確聯係方式的實名舉報。對認定為實名舉報的，優先辦理，及時回複。
